Support and presets come with the Licence and Terms of Service. Activate your key in the add-on first (up to five new computers per key in any twelve months; write to us if you have replaced a computer).
How to ask
- In Blender open Edit > Preferences > Add-ons > OpenBillow > Send support request.
- Enter your licence key (from your purchase receipt), your email and what went wrong.
- Check the diagnostics shown before sending: OS, Blender, GPU and driver versions. No file paths, usernames or scene data.
- You get an automatic “received” email, then a reply from a person. We aim to reply within 2 working days. Every reply is written or checked by a person.
No internet in Blender, or online access switched off? Save the diagnostics to a file and email it to [email protected].
